Codelsur Proyectos S.L. is the result of 25 years of successful business. A civil engineering company located in Ayamonte, but focused mainly on the regions of Extremadura and Andalusia, with experience in photovoltaic, building, construction, civil engineering and solar energy facility projects.
Company History
Founded in 1985 by Santiago Rodríguez Díaz (Managing Director), initially as a self-employed individual and later in its current corporate form. With two tractors and numerous projects, the company's first projects were on agricultural and aquaculture farms, with an emphasis on earthworks in this initial stage. Over time, CODELSUR has encompassed a wide range of work areas in the construction sector: civil engineering, hydraulic infrastructure, irrigation, and building, with both public and private companies. Under the motto CODELSUR FACILIDAD (Codelsur Facility), complementary Comprehensive Services activities have been developed, among which PROPERTY MANAGEMENT stands out in Huelva and throughout Spain. The process has been oriented towards sustainable growth and profitability, always with the aim of creating a long-term relationship of trust with the client.

Codelsur Proyectos SL, established in 1996, is today the result of a solid and consolidated business history of more than twenty-five years, allowing us to offer a high-quality service to our clients. This Quality and Environmental Policy establishes as its main pillars the improvement of our client satisfaction with the aim of achieving a stable and collaborative relationship, all while minimizing the impact our activities may have on the environment.
Occupational health and safety
Codelsur Proyectos SL has been implementing the Occupational Safety Management System for months. In November, following a rigorous audit, we were awarded ISO 45001:2018 Certification with the number SST-0154/2018 by AENOR, the most prestigious national certification body. In this sense, our company has made a qualitative leap in the service it provides to its clients and, above all, in ensuring the safety of its workers in the scope of our activities. Congratulations!
